Meet tee
Compassion | Purpose | Progress
I’m Tee, a CSP member and HCPC Registered Physiotherapist.
I completed my MSc Physiotherapy at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and also have a background in personal training. I’m passionate about helping people of all ages and activity levels move better, feel stronger and get back to doing the things they love.
Â
Losing my father deepened my commitment to compassionate care and helping people feel heard. I founded Tee the Physio in his memory, with that purpose at the heart of everything I do.
My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with active rehabilitation to deliver holistic, culturally responsive, patient-centred care.
I take the time to understand you, your goals and what matters to you, so your treatment is tailored to you as an individual.
I’m here to help you build confidence in your body and make meaningful progress.

My Philosophy
01
Compassion
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. I take the time to listen to your concerns and understand what matters to you, so your treatment is centred around you.
02
Purpose
Every session should have a purpose. Whether your goal is to reduce pain, return to sport, get stronger or simply move with more confidence, we'll work towards what matters to you.
03
Progress
It’s not just about feeling better for one session. I use evidence-based physiotherapy and active rehabilitation to help you make meaningful progress, build confidence and get back to doing what you enjoy. We’ll celebrate every milestone along the way.
